What keeps replies grounded
Retrieval similarity is not treated as evidence
A high vector match on an irrelevant passage counts for nothing. A weak top match caps the reply's confidence separately, so a near-miss cannot dress itself up as a confident answer.
Marketing material is labelled at ingest
Testimonials, sample transcripts and competitor pricing are tagged as illustrative when your documents are processed, so the agent does not quote someone else's numbers back as your own.
No answer beats a plausible answer
With nothing to ground a factual question, the agent says it will check and come back, and is explicitly barred from inventing a status or a timeline, including a harmless-sounding one.
Escalation runs before the confidence gate
Sensitive topics, negative or frustrated sentiment, and any request for a human force a review draft even when the model is highly confident, so a fluent answer cannot bulldoze past someone asking for a person.
Taking over really stops the agent
One takeover pauses replies, scheduled follow-ups and background resolution sweeps together, rather than just hiding the bot in the interface.
Auto-send is off per channel, not global
You can leave WhatsApp on autopilot and keep email fully manual, tighten the bar for lost or at-risk customers, and switch a single conversation to manual without changing anything else.
Gets better with your team
Every unanswered question is a place to improve.
Knowledge gaps become useful feedback. Your agent collects what it couldn’t answer and drafts suggestions. Your team has the final say.
If a customer goes quiet the agent nudges on a schedule you set. It cancels the moment they reply, the moment the ticket is solved, and the moment a teammate takes the conversation over.
02
Tells you what it could not answer
Every question that hit a gap, scored low, or got a thumbs down is collected and grouped. It drafts a suggested answer for each, you approve or edit, and only then does it enter the knowledge base.

Get started
You already have the starting point.
01
Point it at what you already have
Upload docs, crawl your site, or paste sample answers. No migration and no rebuilding your help centre first.
02
Set the bar for auto-send
Pick a confidence threshold per channel. High-confidence replies go out immediately, everything else waits for a teammate.
03
Connect the channels you use
WhatsApp, Instagram, email, phone and your website widget all route into one inbox with one agent behind them.
Is this a chatbot with a script, or does it understand my product?
It reads the documents and pages you give it and writes answers from that material directly, rather than following a decision tree of pre-written replies. Add a document and it knows the contents on the next message, with no retraining step and nobody rebuilding a flow.
What stops it from making something up?
It searches your knowledge base before writing, and when nothing there supports the answer its confidence is capped in code at a level below any auto-send threshold you are allowed to set. An ungrounded answer therefore cannot send itself, it can only wait as a draft. A weak retrieval match is capped separately, because a high similarity score on an irrelevant passage is not evidence.
Can I control which replies go out automatically?
Yes, per channel. You set the confidence threshold, and you can turn auto-send off entirely for one channel while keeping it on for another. Individual conversations can be switched to manual too, and the bar is raised automatically for customers marked as lost or at risk.
What happens when a customer asks for a human?
It stops trying to answer. Requests for a person, plus sensitive topics like refunds, chargebacks, legal threats and data-deletion requests, and any message reading as angry or frustrated, all force a draft for human review. That check runs before the confidence score is considered, so a confident answer cannot override it.
Does it replace my support team?
No. It answers what it can ground in your documents and routes everything else to your team as a draft they can approve or edit. The point is that your team spends its time on judgment calls rather than typing the same five answers.
Which languages does it support?
It detects the language and script of each message and replies in the same one, covering English plus Hindi, Bengali, Telugu, Marathi, Tamil, Gujarati, Kannada, Malayalam, Punjabi, Urdu, Odia and Assamese, in native script or romanised. Mixed writing such as Hinglish is mirrored rather than initiated.
How does it get better over time?
Every question that hit a knowledge gap, scored low on confidence, or received a thumbs down is collected and grouped by how often it comes up. The agent drafts a suggested answer for each one, and it only enters your knowledge base once a person approves it. Nothing is written autonomously.
Can it follow up on its own?
Yes, on a schedule you set per channel. Follow-ups cancel themselves as soon as the customer replies, when the ticket is marked solved or closed, and when a teammate takes the conversation over, so nobody gets nudged after they have already been helped.
Which channels does it cover?
WhatsApp, Instagram DMs, email, phone calls and your website widget, all behind the same agent and knowledge base, all landing in one inbox. Fixing an answer once fixes it on every channel.
How is it priced?
Credits are deducted as the agent works, so a quiet month bills quiet. There are no per-seat fees and no monthly minimum, which means adding your whole team to the inbox costs nothing extra.
