Splice AI is a fully digital software-as-a-service (SaaS) product. We do not ship any physical goods.
1. Digital Delivery
- Access to Splice AI is provisioned instantly on successful account creation and/or successful payment via Razorpay.
- You can log in and begin using the product immediately at spliceai.co/login.
- A payment receipt and onboarding email are sent to the email address associated with your account within a few minutes of purchase.
2. Delivery Issues
If your payment is successful but you cannot access your paid features within 30 minutes, please contact us at support@spliceai.co with your Razorpay payment ID. We will resolve the issue within one business day, or issue a full refund per our Refund Policy.
3. No Physical Shipping
Because Splice AI is a cloud-hosted service accessed through a web browser, there are no physical goods, no shipping charges, no courier involvement, and no delivery timelines beyond instant digital provisioning. "Shipping address" fields, where shown, are collected only for GST / tax invoicing purposes and are not used for delivery.
